Max and I are so grateful for all Beth and Steve have done for us on the purchase of a modest little condo in Sun Village. Every step of the way, they provided detailed information, quick responses and feedback, and treated us like we were purchasing a million dollar home. We live a couple of hours away, this is a second home, and the Downings accommodated our schedules with the MULTIPLE inspections. Many agents I’m sure would have lost patience with us, since we had virtually every inspection under the sun performed which required many trips out to the condo.
