It has been a pleasure working with Beth Downing. We are in the process of deciding what kind of home will work for us. She is a patient and good listener. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area and the different neighborhoods are very helpful in making the decision of where we will  locate. She showed us many homes in so many neighborhoods in the area. We are close to making a decision on a home.
